To be successful with the following charts, I advise starting at the beginning with a 30 day challenge. Or if you have big cajones then go for a 100 day challenge. But remember the idea is that every time you miss a day you start from the beginning. Don't let failure get in your way, it can often become an excuse to continue being unhealthy. Instead start again with a beginners mind and with renewed vigour and determination. When in doubt refer back to the written goals you made at the start of the challenge.
